MUMBAI, India, July 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Axial Vector Engine
Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: AXVC) announced today the opening of its
first Licensing Office for the civilian applications of its Axial Vector(TM)
Engine in India, Asia and the Middle East.
Three letters of Exclusive Rights to negotiate have been granted to three
key Indian firms along with the signing of confidentiality and
non-circumvention agreements. The areas of License under negotiation include:

1) AV engines for tractor applications over a wide range of HP and
"Gensets" driven by AV engines over 100 HP.

2) A Joint Venture to build a factory to produce civilian models of the
AV engine over a wide range of HP, including a special emphasis on 125
and 205 HP models. The agreement would include an Exclusive License to
sell all sizes of AV engines for all non-military commercial
applications in the Gulf Cooperative Countries (GCC): Saudi Arabia,
Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar.

3) A worldwide License for the production and sales of mopeds, motor
cycles, scooters and three-wheelers of all engine capacities.
