BANGKOK, Thailand, March 24 /PRNewswire/ -- WaveCrest Laboratories, a leading-edge technology company that is developing and commercializing advanced electric propulsion and drive systems, is making its first appearance at the 26th Bangkok International Motor Show. The motor show starts today and goes through April 3. WaveCrest is showcasing with its Thai manufacturing partners a wide range of vehicles and industrial equipment that is environmentally friendly but does not compromise performance. The exhibit is located in space E-4 on the Concourse Level of the Bangkok International and Trade Centre (BITEC).

WaveCrest's Adaptive Motor® system technology uses less electricity and delivers more torque and power density with less heat, noise and fewer emissions than conventional systems. It also recaptures lost energy through regenerative braking.

The patented electric propulsion system is continuously reconfigured by integrated software controls to operate at peak efficiency across a wide speed range.

The WaveCrest Adaptive Motor system is compatible with multiple power sources including gasoline-electric hybrids, fuel cells, batteries and traditional grid power.
